Terms and Conditions - Launch Giveaway Roadmap

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Launch Giveaway Roadmap ("Giveaway") organized by Maelev ("Organizer"). By participating in this Giveaway, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before entering.

Eligibility:

  1. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, aged 18 and older, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
  2. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period:

The Giveaway begins on 01/10/2023 and ends on 30/10/2023("Entry Period").

How to Enter:

  1. Make a Purchase: To enter, make a purchase of any product offered by the Organizer during the Entry Period.
  2. Details to for the second and third prize to be revealed soon.

Prizes:

  1. At 500 sales, ten (10) winners will each receive a $50 gift card.
  2. At 1000 sales, one (1) winner will receive a Dyson product.
  3. At 1500 sales, one (1) grand prize winner will receive an iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

Winner Selection:

Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries and notified via email. If a winner does not respond within 2 days, a new winner may be selected.

Publicity:

By participating in this Giveaway, you grant the Organizer permission to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Terms:

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway for any reason, including but not limited to fraud or technical issues.
  2. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
  3. By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability.
